I see the hours are 10:00-4:30, but could someone tell me what time the last train leaves to go to Rafiki's? I didn't know if 4:30 was when the last train is available or if that was the time everyone had to leave on the train back? Thanks!

I ‘assume’ the note on the weekly Times Guide is accurate, but big caveat that I don’t have personal experience going over there that late so I’m not 100% sure if it is. :-)

For this week, it looks like hours at 10-5pm with the last train departing at 4:30pm.

The last train to Rafiki’s is at 4:30. The characters at RPW meet guests until 5:15p.

Thank you!
In all our trips, not one kid has wanted to go. Now my 16yo is adamant we go, so I'm trying to fit it in with everything else they want to do lol!
It seems like fun.

If the last train leaves at 4:30, I think we can make it. That should work out perfectly. Do you think 45 minutes is long enough?

I had no idea I could view the current times guide. This is helpful. Thanks again!!

45 minutes should be enough time to meet characters, view any animals that the specialist may be sharing, and go out to the petting zoo area. Within the murals inside the building, there’s a large number of hidden Mickeys if your kids like looking for them. :)

Yeah, the Times Guide is really helpful to see monorail hours, park hours, character times, etc all in one spot.

As to Rafiki’s Planet Watch... I’m not so sure I would put “Rafiki’s Planet Watch” and “fun for a 16 year old” in the same sentence...but we make a point to go over there every trip and enjoy it for what it is. I think it’s worth a visit for sure. Plus the Doc character meet is great!

Haha, I wouldn't have thought she would like it either, but I just pulled up a video and she is in love with the sheep, pig, and cow! She said she really has to go now! She's a big animal lover. She will like that part I think.
