Radisson Worldgate???Anyone stay recently?

Ok,

We got Radisson Worldgate resort on Priceline for $50 and we arrive next Thursday for one night only before we head to the beach!!

It looks nice on the Website and has a back entrance to WDW and only 5 miles from Sea World??

Have anyone stayed there lately???

Just wondering how it was...The pools look great! We will be in town early on Thursday and hope to swim!

This is our favorite Priceline Hotel...nice big rooms, huge round tub with shower and a frig under the TV that you will not find unless you know it is there....and yes a perfect location....

We've stayed at this resort when it was the Renaissance World Resort and it was worth the price then. I don't know if Radisson has done any renovations to it but even if they didn't, it's a very nice hotel to stay it. Big rooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stays there and we also got it on Priceline. You shouldn't be disappointed.

Radisson Worldgate? (on priceline that is)
was it the Universal area?

From what I read it has its own back entrance into the park. 3 minutes from Animal Kingdom and I have read you can even see the Tree of Life from some point??? Plus Epcot fireworks can sometimes be seen. Very convenient!!

So I will find out on Thursday!! Woo Hoo

Hi again...this is a 3 star on Priceline

For the shortcut to Disney, exit onto Sherberth Road which is right next to the hotel and go north..it will be a long straight road for about a mile...Now look straight ahead....see the big green tree that is taller than the rest and a little different shade of green...that is the Tree of Life.

You will do a couple of curves and come to stop light...to your left is Animal Kingdom LODGE and the best buffet at Disney, Boma's.

Turn right and Animal Kingdom Parking will appear on your left. Take the first left to park at AK or just go straight to all the other parks...

to exit Disney follow the sighs to Animal Kingdom from inside the Park....STAY LEFT as you approach AK and take the left lane that says AK LODGE...when you get to the stop sign, turn left and and you are back on Sherberth and right back to the hotel...
