Would love to hear comments about Radisson Resort Parkway. We booked next Thanksgiving weekend there for $62/night (e.c.) but are considering paying double to stay at AKL. Will stay with RRP if they are 1/2 as good as their own review indicates. Any help would be great, including the better room locations/numbers. Also, how is the buffet that kids eat free (one the main reasons we booked here)?

We stayed there this passed December and found it to be a lovely resort. Rooms are oversized and very clean. The toiletries are outstanding. The several pools are beautiful as are the grounds lush. We enjoed both the sit down and buffet breakfast. The buffet has a large selection with something to meet anyone's needs. Staff was efficient and friendly. The only draw back to this resort is, that without a rental car, the shuttles are few far between.

Thanks Puffy2, hadn't seen that website before. Anyone have more specific info about kids eat free program: what the deli offers for lunch or the cafe for dinner. Breakfast is okay whatever is "served", my kids love all a.m. food and I'm happy with a Starbucks coffee.

Kids eat free with adults present and paying for a meal. The deli had chicken fingers, pizza hut pizza, sandwhiches( I think), fruit, etc... it's like an elaborate snack bar with a nice variety.

I booked through the site I mentioned, they offered rates a few dollars lower through that link.
Breakfast is a buffet with lots of options - nice.
