Hi All,
I just returned home y-day from our magical Disney Vacation. We stayed the first 3 nights at the Radisson Resort Parkway. We had originally booked the Entertainment rate of $78 a night for a garden view room, however with some recent discounts offered, I cancelled that reservation and rebooked the "Go" package which included free Breakfast and pool view room for $78 a night.
We had room 1406, which was on the 4th floor overlooking the main pool. The room we had was decorated in light wood furniture with yellowish and red bedcovers. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and have marble counters, floors and tile (very nice). The room we had was 2 beds (doubles, small - only downside) and offered a spectacular view of the pool and slide below. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated (main lobby) and the 2 main pools (one heated) were nice. Got VERY crowded on the weekend and at night. Breakfast was a nice touch, made to order eggs, pancakes, cereals, etc. There was a small playground for my 2yo. The hotel was literally a stone's throw away from the main gate for WDW. The hotel had LOTS of kids and could be noisy outside at times, however the hotel itself was better than we expected. We had a car and didn't use the shuttles. There were a few shops and grocery stores within walking distance.
I'd be happy to answer any questions.
