Ok, I have given this hotel fair chance before I decided to write my opinion. This past weekend was my families 3rd trip to the Radisson. Our first was last year BEFORE the refurbishing of the rooms. We had adjoining rooms and I must say that for the price it was quite nice.
Since that trip they have advertised the rooms are refurbished. Our next two visits were recent (April and this past weekend) both times we had different rooms and serious issues with mold on the walls in the bathroom above the shower tiles, major leaking from the A/C unit after rain and cockroaches which were probaby coming in from the same place the rain was. Maintenence did try to correct the problem but the front desk was not very helpful. My kids love the pools especially the water slide, this is really the reason we keep going back. Well, let's face it the price you can't beat!
We like all of the amenities at the hotel it is just the rooms we have problems with. Has anyone else had these issues??
I guess next time we will suck it up and pay the extra money for a different hotel.
