Anyone stay at either of these hotels lately? It would be my husband, myself and our 6 year old (who is a light sleeper) - any reviews would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks

Buena Vista Suites gets decent reviews. I don't remember reading anything on Radisson Orlando recently. I have not stayed at either of these properties myself. I'd check the review board (at the top of this board) to see what you can find.

We stayed at Buena Vista suites last month. We really liked it for the price. We are a family of 4. We liked having a door between the bedroom area and the suite area. The beds were nice 2 queen size. There was a tv in bedroom as well as tv in the suite, so your daugter could go to sleep and you and hubby could shut door and relax in suite area. The pool was rather old- we did not use it. The breakfast was ok- not great. It was free. We went early and had no problemsss with lines there. We would return.:cool2:

We stayed at Buena Vista Suites two weeks ago for a night before heading to our Disney property hotel. We LOVED BVS and are planning on staying there when we go back to Disney for a weekend trip in February!

We stayed there(LBV) last nite since we met up with friends at WDW. It was last minute but I tried getting a Disney hotel- we were only offered CSR for $164- we're florida residents and while I wasn't expecting too much of a discount I'm not sure if the agent really looked. I wanted one of the all-stars - hoping for $84 rate but she said they were all booked- I even asked her to check without the FL res rate and she said all the resorts were booked :confused3 . I had jotted down the phone # and Mousesaver code for LBV and go that right away for $89- including breakfast. While it wasn't on property it was nearby, clean and worked for us. We brought our friends to the hotel, picked up snacks and drinks and the kids (5 of them) watched tv and messed up the bedroom while we adults hung out in the living room. It was a perfect setup to be able to catch up with old friends.

I didn't stay for breakfast as I had to work at 8am in Tampa, but dh and our dd's stayed to go to Blizzard beach with out friends today. The money we 'saved' on this hotel vs CSR will pay for the kids' tickets today. Will use it again in the future for like situations but I think I would like to try Caribe Royal next time.
