Like a mushroom?!?

My RE teacher is also my form tutor. I have RE straight after form. I can't miss form, which means I can't miss RE -_-

Watching something called Quake Threat UK. It's about the threat of earthquakes in Europe. Wish I knew how to record the show onto a DVD, so I could bring it into Geography.

Ohhh that sounds cool.

I am kinda nervous about performing a research experiment tomorrow D:
But it has to be done ROFL.

What I have to do for the experiment is I have to take 4 participants and place a few drops of water on (a) both temples for 2 participants and (b) under both tear ducts for 2 participants then get them to read a set of 10 statements that were excuses parents sent to school with their children and rate them on a scale of 0-7 where 0 is not funny and 7 is really funny. The idea is that our facial expressions provide feedback to the responder and that this significantly affects his or her emotional experience and behaviour. The water is supposed to simulate tears and this hope that those who have "tears" on their face won't rate each statement as very funny.

I'm not sure if that makes sense :)

What I got from the whole article that I had to read was that our emotions affect our behavior, and not our behavior affecting our emotions. So for example:

Crying causes a person to feel sad
Being angry causes a person to strike something or someone
Fearfulness causes a person to tremble

Interesting. I would say to get more participants, but i'm not sure how you're getting your sample.

Ooh :D
We have to only get 4 participants (thats all the professor wants) because we are combining the data for the whole PSYC 1F90 classes which is like 1000 people. What I am going to randomly sample which experiment the participants get was I wrote down "participant 1 ; participant 2 ; participant 3 ; participant 4" on a sheet of paper then I flipped a coin and assigned each participant with the corresponding experiment - there were no names. When I go to do the research tomorrow I am going to let them draw a number from a hat (1,2,3 or 4) then thats the participant they are :D NOOOOO BIAS yayayayay! :yay:

I'm going to go play some toy story mania for the wii :D

Makes sense.

How I wish I had Toy Story Mania for the Wii... And a Wii console to play it on!

Hi George, my name is Katherine(Kat) and we went two summer seasons ago and stayed at the French Quarters at Port Orleans. I loved so much stuff there especially Epcot Center.

Epcot's my favourite park too. I think I spent the most time there this year, and most of that time was in the World Showcase, playing the Kim Possible World Showcase Adventures games. I remember going to Norway to play one in Mexico, then one in Germany, then one in Japan, then another one in Germany... That was a lot of walking for about 90 mins!
