I found out cottage pie uses beef, lamb and sometimes turkey. But, if you use lamb, it's mainly refered to as shepherds pie (which makes sense, since a shepherd is a sheep herder, I think)

I also like a one dish meal. It's minced lamb, onions and sweetcorn (doesn't need that in, but I like sweetcorn) with tomato soup, topped with potato wedges (again, you could use something like mash, but I like wedges)

I want homecooked meals all next week now...
