"A.D.I.D.A.S." was nu-metal band Korn's breakout single from their second album Life Is Peachy.
It remains one of Korn's most recognizable songs from the album, and of their whole career, probably because of the minor-key seven-stringed guitar riff that the band were making prominent in the genre at the time and the simple lyrics. A.D.I.D.A.S. is an acronym for 'All Day I Dream About Sex. AllMusic critic Stephen Thomas Erlewine called it a 'kinetic funk-metal track' that was 'the best on the album' The song itself, while it did not reach the level of appeal of material on Follow the Leader, was less aggressive than the songs released off the band's self-titled debut, reaping it moderate radio play on rock radio stations at the time of its release leading to the success of Life Is Peachy in America (it peaked at number 3). The song was famously played at Woodstock 1999 to a crowd of 275,000.
