i just did it in my head real quick, i basically made 1/2 to .5 and added .5 to each one... but for your needs heres the step by step:

-12/2 + 1/2 = -11/2

-14/12 + 1/2 = -13/2

-16/2 + 1/2 = -15/2

LUCKY!!! my major makes me take 2 calculus classes ... and atm, im not doing too well with that haha... i want to go back to algebra >_<
