My mom has severe paranoia....over me driving.
She won't let me drive her uptown to the post office...
I'm suppose to get in 50 hours of driving...and she won't let me drive 3 minutes to the post office.....crazy.

I wish I could drive. Not yet but next year I will be taking drivers ed.

I can get my license to drive to and from school and work by myself when I get 50 hours of driving in and when I turn 15.
Then restricted at 16.

Wow, 15 you can drive a little. That is so cool. I won't really have full priviledges of driving till I am 17.

Driving kinda scares me.
I wish it didn't but it does.

I can't wait to drive. I think when I start the people that are gonna be scared are the people that are on the road with me.

My mom is really freaked out.

I was scared so bad when we had to drive on the highway. We only took drivers ed. for 2 weeks. That's it. And now they are letting us drive...
I was really really scared to drive. Now, I'm still scared if there is alot of cars around, but other than that it doesn't bother me.

When we first started to drive I thought it was gonna be a piece of cake.
Boy was I wrong...
I was HORRIBLE. I backed over a curb the first day.
But after the 3rd day I did pretty good.

The thing with highway driving that I can see as being scary is merging onto the highway. Everyone on the highway seems to be going so fast and you have to get in there. But after you are on the highway I would image it not to be so bad.

lol. Not trying to scare yah.

After awhile it was ok. It was better than being in town with traffic, because no one was on the road, but we kept yelling at other cars, because they would pass us in No passing zones.

And my friend came upon a squirrel while driving. She stopped and just yelled "Move!" Didn't budge.
Our teacher looked at her reached over and honked the horn and it ran off. He told her "That might help" lol. It was really fun though.

Tara already knows, they didn't run over the turtle but they took whacks at it with a baseball bat before or after driving. Stupid people.

I know people that would run over one too...
One of the other girls had to run over a turtle because there was no where she could go, and it's not like if she honked the horn it would make it out of the path of a 60 mph moving vehicle....

We have so many squirrels around where I live in the cuz there are so many wooded areas around here. You always see the little critters squished on the road.

that's okay my friend hit a turtle on the way to school one day and she was one of the three that did it.
