hello!! pardon me if i'm doing this wrong, but since i haven't seen this documented anywhere i figured i'd make an account to share this little tidbit!
so people know the system for race through new york, right? you get a return time, then go in and get a pass (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, or violet), and then when that color is called you proceed to the loading area.
well, it turns out that if you have a disability (or if the attendants take pity on you), they can give you a special black "VIP" pass! it lets you skip right into the loading zone without waiting for a color. my family was able to use this pass on our last trip since my brother has a disability that prevents him from standing in lines for a long time.
i think this is super thoughtful of universal -- they really considered every option for this system! what do you think?
