Race Rock- Will DS (Age 3) and DNephew (Age 6) like it?

We are eating there before we check in at the resort (CPGV) and I stumbled upon this restaurant while reading a review about Jungle Jim's.

DS and my Nephew are die hard race car fans. They have seen Disney's "Cars" and just love cars in general.

Is this restaurant appropriate for these 2 little boys?

I've been there before a couple of times with my son (DH loves the place). WHen he was 2 1/2, 4 and 5 1/2. He loved it because the TV screens are all over the place showing racing clips. The food is ok, they have an extensive children's menu. Just be warned they have several racing video games and convenient change making machines.

Absolutely. The place seems tailor-made for boys that age, tons of car/motorcycle/boat things to hold their interest.

We went as a family in Dec 2002 My nephews were 9,4 and my niece was 1 all 3 of then loved it. We are all big Nascar fans and thought the place was lots of fun. We didn't care too much for the food. The kids had fun looking at all the cars and taking lots of pictures. Have a good trip.

Yep, Race Rock has suprisingly good food, great atmoshpere and its totally not "another" race themed restaurant. Last time we were in, the owner (one of them) was having a pizza in the booth behind us. That "owner" happend to be Mario Andretti!! We asked for a picture and he was soo nice! He even asked if we wanted a piece of his pizza!

Race Rock is great! We take our DS5 every time we're in Orlando. The food is quite good (IMO much better than Nascar Cafe at Universal). However, I did like Nascar Cafe's store better as they had much more racing paraphenelia for sale (more Jeff Gordon, which makes DS happy!).
