Last minute entry....I'm running the Cheetah Chase 4 mile trail run tomorrow morning at Chehaw Park in Albany, GA. I have to run it in a Snow White costume as my payback for losing a challenge to my kids at church. FYI....I'm a guy.

I did a 5k inside the Cleveland zoo this weekend. I love running in the zoo and we have about 6 races in there a year but it is a hard course. The course this weekend was the hardest of the zoo courses because it does the big hill twice instead of incorporating the small hill.

I managed 3rd overall and it felt great to get out and do a race after the events of the last week.
