Actually it should have been listed as a 5 miler but I did it.. Was hoping for the 5 miles in 1 hour... it was nasty humid and full sun ( like everywhere it seems).. Was 37 seconds over Still for the heat and humidity pretty happy.. And as silly as it sounds, got my first official race bling today.. Yes, Ive done races and got the shirts, done virtual and got the medals (and did the distances) but was the first time had someone waiting at the finish line to give me a medal!! Corny yes, but I think I'm going to leave it on all day lol..

Congrats....and not corny at all! It's a thrill to finish a race and receive a medal. And it doesn't go away, and it applies to every distance. Wear it proudly.
