Thank god I only have 2.

It has been so cold and I think if they were out there another night they would have died. The oldest rabbit will be 9 and he is hard of hearing and seeing. The other rabbit is a female and she'll be 4.

Their hutches were piled with hay but when I went out to defost their water AGAIN today they were shivering:(

So DH made a make-shift area in the laundry room and both bunnies are in for the night and until it gets above sub-zero temps. And they are separated so their won't be any surprise baby bunnies in the Spring . . .;)

this is the kind of weather that makes me glad I have cats and not dogs. even the cats didn't want to go outside today.

We've had our two bunnies in since Friday.....DH says to not get used to it....but, they're so cute....

only one at a time is allowed out of their "hutch" (med. pet carriers do the trick) so we won't have any surprises either!

What a good bunny mommy you are!

Reilly the lab thinks 0 degrees is a slice of heaven.. he was out playing soccer today and didn't want to come in!

When the temps are this low all animals should be brought in. Unfortunately many people forget that.
