"R" Rated, Forgive me Lily

Once again, I've been lured by the Panda...

Rest for me has meant no workout at all. My plan is to change that and have rest day = free weights. I really notice I don't have any tone to my upper body, and I think I could fix that with two or three strength training workouts each week. I've been resting on Wednesday and Sunday, and I will probably keep that schedule.

Isn't there a saying about "No Rest for the Wicked"? I think that Panda must be pretty busy...:rolleyes1
