In the spirit of passing on my personal experience for someone elses potential benefit.. QWEST SUCKS.
Brief explanation:
Friday we were sceduled for them to come out and make some changed, which involved us being without internet for the weekend.
MONDAY THEY SHUT US OFF! (yes. 5 full days before they were coming out!)
Call up, and basically the left hand has no idea what the right is doing.
They can not connect us back and they can not come out until Friday.
Friday: They come out and hook us up and now our speed is slow, keeps failing and only works 1 out os 10 times.
Call them back: Cant come out for 1 - 2 weeks... becasue the previous work order was entered wrong and now they have to wiat for it to show up before they can re-issue a work ticket.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Buyer (user) beware.
(I should have added that my husband works from home full time. This messed up something like 20 meetings. )
