We are going to Disney World in August. This will be our 1st time. I know we are going to need lots of water but how do you all go about carrying water around with you in the parks? What's the most efficient way of carrying enough water around and keeping it cold? We don't want to have to buy it at $3.00 dollars a bottle.

I know this question has probably been asked and answered a million times but I couldn't come up with anything in my search attempt.
thanks,:)

A lot of people do the "ice in a cooler in the hotel room" method and fill water bottles from their resort using the Britta water bottles so that the water is filtered and, therefore, not as nasty as some people find Florida water to be. (I've been drinking it for 22 years and don't have a problem with it, but it depends on where you're from.) Then, throughout the day, you just refill your Britta bottle from the water fountains. Most restaurants will give you a cup of ice if you ask, if you need the water to be colder than the water fountains will give you (although remember that Florida ice is made of Florida water, so .... ) .

I always just refill my water bottle througout the day at the park water fountains. I'm from FL, so if it tastes bad, I can't tell! I think it's fine, and it's usually cold.

Have fun!

For whatever reason I find that the water in the hotels is really awful! However, in the parks the exact same water tastes fine!
Really cannot explain it except maybe you get so thirsty in the parks that you can't tell. Also, most of the water in the parks is cooled so maybe that's why it tastes better.
