Quote from Dreams?

How long generally does it take to get a quote from Dreams? I heard back from my rep yesterday morning and gave a set of dates, didnt hear anything, and had to email this morning with a new (confirmed set of dates), and it is now 7pm and nothing yet.

I would love to give them my business if their price is comparable to my quote from Disney, but dont want to wait days for it.

Any thoughts?

Sometimes Disney's computers go down and it takes longer to get a quote. Have you contacted the agent again? Price wise your quote will be like Disney's but you will have that personal attention of an agent.

I booked with them and have been very happy. As the AP mentioned, your price is same as from Disney (Disney will actually process any payments you make w/Dreams), but the service from an agent (at no additional cost!) is great.

Right now I'm just in the waiting game until it gets closer to our trip that we start finalizing stuff, but in the beginning I generally heard from them within a day or two.

I've booked with Dreams a few times now and have been very happy. It usually took more than just one day to get my quote back. But then I had 14 days to decide at that price. The price was slightly less than I would have paid from Disney, dont know how, it just worked that way. What I loved was the personal attention and how the agent made all my ADRs for me. It was also nice to be able to ask any silly question and get an answer back.

And depending on what time you sent the quote and where your agent is, the time difference could play into why you haven't got a quote yet. Good luck.
