So they are now prohibited from coming within 300 feet of the funeral. It starts 1 hour before the funeral and extends to 1 hour past that time. It takes effect immediately.

I hope the police are their with a micrometer, if they so much as step a micrometer over the line, lock 'em up.

I just don't understand how it is not harassment if I walk down the street and start screaming obscenities and telling people to DIE I would be arrested for harassing someone. I'm not sure if this bill is the right way to go. These wackos are lawyers and use our own laws against us for this sort of thing. I hope this doesn't end up as a freedom of speech case where it costs the taxpayers tons of money. That being said, at least its a temporary fix. Though I don't understand why all towns/cities don't have mandatory picketing/protesting laws that would require a right to assemble permit. That way they can say the permit needs to be requested a week in advance to "ensure adequate security measures". That should eliminate almost all funeral protests.

All it's gonna take is for them to stir up the wrong pot ONE TIME and they'll all end up dead. When it comes to a situation like this it's bound to happen. They'll start their little picket line and some psycho family member is going to open fire and take all of them out.

And for some people...when someone they love has been murdered or killed during combat, they have nothing left to live for and it may be well worth it to them so spend the rest of their days in jail.

Feels like the Church named the price...more media attention.....now they know the media can be bought and they will be plastered in every living room in America hoping they can find one young person, one adult who could even think like them.

On the other hand, maybe the media decided to be bought this time to help the little girl and will piece and edit to show what terribly dangerous people they are...and never need to do it again.
