Quilted photo album

Im looking for instructions on how to make a quilted photo album that does not required sewing. Can anyone help me please?
Oh and how do you post the count down?

I'm not able to help you with the album, but you caqn get the countdown when you click on "technical support" on the dis board home page then look for "get your countdown here"
