Quiet pool at AKV?

We're headed to our first stay at AKV -- Jambo...we've visited the Lodge before, to eat at Boma (love it) and wander around a look a bit...but now that we'll be staying there, I find I have no idea if there is a quiet pool (I like to swim for exercise early in the morning in a quiet pool)...

Is there one (or more), at either Jambo or Kidani? If so, where is it? If not, will I be able to swim early in the morning in the big pool?

Jambo house doesn't have a "quiet" pool. I don't know how many pools Kidani will have. You can certainly swim in the early morning in the pool at Jambo. We were told the pool "never closes" by the front desk.

If you aren't happy swimming in the pools at AKV, and you have a car, I suggest a short drive up to CSR. The Casitas pool is the best Disney pool for lap swimming:

As mentioned above, Jambo has only the main pool. Kidani will also have only one pool.

There are no quiet pools at AKV (Jambo or Kidani). This is why we didn't buy AKV.

heres a question I am sure has been answered before but can non DVC'ers use Kidani's pools?

Anyone staying at Kidani, including any regular renters from Disney can use the Kidani pool. Any DVC member staying at Kidani or Jambo can use it. The unclear area is whether regular disney guests staying at AKL (Jambo) can use it. Some have been told no, some have been told yes.
