Quiet(ish) Restaurant in DS or Resort??

We have a trip coming up June and plan to meet my uncle and his wife for dinner one night since they live somewhat near the area. He didn't have a food preference but requested somewhere quiet that we could chat over dinner and catch up. We will be staying at Drury that night we plan to meet, and he will be driving in. In was thinking of meeting up somewhere in Disney Springs but I am afraid all of the places will be too loud. We plan to have an early dinner around 5:00 or so. Any recommendations? I was looking into Summer House on the Lake or Terralina, but I am open to anything really.

We like Terralina. Request the patio and you can look out over the little man-made river and bridge. Very tranquil.

Flying Fish on the BW is pretty chill.

Wine Bar George is pretty quiet. Also Jaleo if you get a table on the patio.

Our favorite, quieter place for a nice evening is Jiko at AKL. We always ask for a table/booth along the back, where the floor is slightly elevated.

Sebastian's Bistro at CBR is nice and quaint. It's not a big place to begin with, plus the food is super yum! It is served family style and they give you plenty

I know it’s popular but we found Homecomin’ surprisingly quiet even when it was full. I would stay away from The Boathouse. I also think Morimoto is relatively quiet. At a resort, I would recommend Grand Floridian Cafe.

Definitely Enzo’s Hideaway in DS. Small, quiet, good service & very good Italian food. Make reservation on Open table. We go there every time we’re in Orlando.

Indoors we’ve had very quiet dinners in Crew’s Cup Lounge & Territory Lounge. Lounges are a nice quiet escape. Eating al fresco i.e. Geyser Point & Grill, will also be quieter too.

The Ale and Compass at YC is quiet, has good food and you can usually get a ressie within a half hour of the time you want. They are not table pushers there so if you want to linger a bit it wouldn't be a problem.

Some really good suggestions above. I'd add Toledo at CSR. The food is really good and the view from up there is nice. Especially as the sun sets and you watch the lights come up.

Agreed. We thought Summer House might be one of the loudest restaurants we've done - actually difficult holding a conversation where we were seated. Perhaps if there's a table outside, it would be better - but not quiet.

We tried there once, sat a few mins, got up and left.
