After seeing Quidco mentioned a number of times on this site I thought I would look it up.
Is it really as simple as they make out on the site? Do you actually get paid for buying things that you would probably buy anyway??
All I keep hearing is someone sat on my shoulder saying "If it's too good to be true it probably is"

It really does what it says on the tin - in the last year I have 'earned' £1000+ cashback... I don't buy anything without checking whether I can go thro' Quidco... ;)

It is as simple as it sounds :thumbsup2 .You literally get 'money for nothing'. Whatever you are planning to buy online-whatever it may be-theres a good chance you can go thru Quidco to earn money back.Just check on there first before you buy anything.Signing up is free, but they do deduct £5 annualy from you for using them.I have only been using it a few months and have received quite a nice sum back-all for nothing :thumbsup2 .Little things like furnishings from Wilkinsons,to bigger items like a fridge-freezer from Littlewoods.x.

Yep it is really that good!!!! ::yes::

As Karen & Michelle have already said you can save so much. I do lots of online shopping & have earn't £350 cashback in the last four months!!! all they charge is the £5 fee per year - which is nothing compared to what you save/earn!

Go for it you won't be disappointed! :goodvibes

Its as easy as clicking a button and earning money.
I prefer Rpoints.com, more complicated as you usually have to claim on their Highest cashback promise but I also earn commission on any offers I post, great forum(got myself 2x £97 Dell laptops before Xmas) which posts misprices, offers etc. and a good voucher table for VIP's. Had £1500 cashback in just over 3 years.
Anyone that buys anything on the net should use a cashback site, they are brilliant.

Im another fan of quidco- i bought most of my crimbo presents through it and I have £63 commission with most of it in my account already :cool1: :cool1: YOu can also get gorgeous flowers from teleflorist through it and you get £6 cash back for each bouquet you order - its a def no brainer.. xx

Wayne is it true that you are offering DIS members a discount :lmao:

I use Quidco too, thanks to Wayne and others on here who recommended it. Got a very nice sum for booking our Virgin holiday next year through them on top of the old Flying Club 10% discount. :thumbsup2

When are we all going to meet up for all these free drinks you all owe me? :rotfl2:

I use Quidco. I don't regularly buy stuff off the net, but have change bank accounts in the past, breakdown cover, car insurance and used a few sites suchas play.com all through Quidco. Every bit helps!

I love Quidco, like others I don't ever buy anything online without first checking to see if they are on quidco - and then a quick peak on hotukdeals.com to see if any discount codes are swimming about ;)

I've made over £750 I think now for the last 2 1/2 years which isn't too shabby :thumbsup2

Looks like I am one of the last ones to boards the Quidco gravy train then.

We joined last night and already my wife has used it 3 times for purchases that she makes regularly - Play.com being one of the top ones.

Thanks for the tip - I just wish I had figured this ousooner. We must have lost a fortune before xmas.

Another question for you experts.

If my DW (for it is she who is asking) follows a link from Quidco to a site that she already has an account with - for example Next - will she still receive the cash back when she logs into her Next account and makes an online purchase??

Yes, You just have to go thru Quidco link to make any purchase, either thru a new account or an existing account. Some sites you get a bonus for creating an account but no problems using an existing one.
