Quidco, booking hotel & requests at hotel?

Right, nearly there on the hotel booking (thank god I hear you all say) But as it's going to be a fair amount we are thinking of booking via Quidco. However, we'd ideally like two connecting rooms or at least rooms right next door to one another because of the children and also we need a cot for the baby. I've been told we cannot request this when booking online. Can we book online (to get the cashback) and then ring up CS and put in our request?

Anyone done this?

I booked my room a lot later than my sister booked hers, and I'm going to contact the hotel (Santa Fe) in a week or so, with both our booking reference numbers, to request interconnecting rooms. I believe, like most hotels, they only actually allocate room numbers about a fortnight before you get there, so that might be an option for you too?

Yes you can phone. Although in our case I phoned the hotel/ranch in France with preference

Thanks very much - so it may be a better idea to call the hotel direct once we've booked and I have a booking reference then
