Any Canadians on this board also do Quickrewards surveys to earn pocket cash or gift cards for Disney? I would love to hear your experiences. I have been a member since Oct and make about $20 per month with very little effort.

It's a survey site where you complete surveys and get paid for them. It's kinda fun. Just wondered if there were any other Canadians on this board doing them.

I looked it up yesterday and joined. I spent about 2hrs on there and earned $0.03. Seems like a waste. None of the surveys were available and of the ones that let me do a prequalifier they kept rejecting me and would give me another prequalifier.

What gives Have I missed something? How could you acutally earn any real amount of money on there?

I found the same thing. I have been a member since December and I have about $5 in my account. There are a bunch I don't "qualify" for and I seem to just keep getting rejected.

Well at the moment I'm off work...I'm hoping to go back on Friday but in the mean time I'm going to see how much I can earn on Quickrewards. Yesterday I nearly signed myself up for a $5/wk thing texted to my phone I don't even know what it was for. When you go in the daily video section there were these offers for large amounts of quickpoints. So I did one and thought it was odd that they wanted my cell number. While I was waiting for the text I scroll down and see the fine print that says it's going to charge me $5/wk.....I just ignored the text. I hope that is good enough to not be charged. It did ask me to text a reply which I did not do.

i do sunshine rewards. i do alot of online buying (ebay mainly) for the kids clothing. you get credit back. its a click thru site. i like it. and im canadian!

So I finally got a few of the surveys to accept me....with that and the daily clicks I'm up to $4.34. The only problem is that it has taken over an hour a day. I was thinking that if I could make a $1 per day that it might be worth it but right now I'll just aim to get to $25 so that I can order a Disney gift card. Let's see how long it takes to get there.

So...I thought an update might be appropriate. A little over 2 weeks ago I ordered my first $25 Disney gift card. It arrived 8 days later. Right now I'm back up to $10 in my account so another $25 will be on the horizon. Seems like lately the surveys have been flowing.

OP...I'm curious to know if you are earning that $20/month just on surveys????? I was reading the blog and some people on there are making large amounts in very short times....like $50 in less than a month.

Anyone try any of the shopping section...there are Canadian stores????

I do the daily clicks, trivia, check if any videos are available to Canada and then try to qualify for the surveys. I am also signed up to receive their paid emails where you get 1-4 emails daily and make from 25 QP to 0.01 cents for just clicking on them.
Most days I can qualify for 1-2 surveys, some days none. You have probably noticed that many of the surveys are for the US only. I find the most success with the SI surveys, United Daily and sometimes Give2Cents, Opinion Outpost & Daily Exchange. It does take some time to earn as some of the surveys are about 20 minutes although sometimes you can luck into a 5 minute one. So sometimes I don't have time to even try for more than one a day and there are days I don't have time to do any QR stuff. Since October, I have made about $115.
There are people on another forum I'm on making $25 per week but you would have to be from the US for that.
One tip -clear your cookies often (at least daily) or you may run into problems with the surveys you do not crediting -and you wouldn't want to spend the time and not get paid. I ran into that in January. I have downloaded (free) cCleaner which allows you to clear your cookies with one click.

That's good to know about clearing cookies...although I hate having to re-login on all the sites I frequent.

That could also be why I can't get any of the surveys that start with the blue screen and ask for your date of birth. I'm totally locked out of those.

Time wise I just sit with my tea for a about 40 minutes...which I would be doing anyway, that's my 'me' time. Funny, my DH rolled his eyes when I told him I was doing this. Well, didn't that change when the gift card came in the mail.

I am doing Quick rewards and so far I have $350 in Disney gift cards. I was doing nearly $50 a month for while but it seems like no survey wants me right now.. but I will keep trying! I love the cashback for ebay and other stores. I love that my Disney fund is growing!

Another tip, the QR customer service told me that it is good to rotate browsers once in a while - try using a different browser and see if you get anything

I'm a huge QR fan too! I've been part of the program for over 3yrs and have made well over $1000. I wish I had kept track, because it's probably a lot more than that in total. I do all of my shopping and surveys through that site alone since the payout is so quick and reliable. I usually do about 2 surveys a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. It has just become part of my daily routine. It has sure helped pay for those extras on our trips, and Disney gift cards make great presents too!

I too am a Canadian who has been with QR for a short while. I find it is hit & miss with surveys, but I am slowly making $. I was wondering which surveys Canadians have been more successful with & do others find a certain time of the day/night more ideal to get a survey?
