..QuitRewards, they are anything BUT QUICK!!
Seriously for awhile they were like the best rewards site, now the last month or so they stink, you can't even log in half the time and then if you get the "privilege" of getting in you MUST have about 2 hours to kill to go through the site, and NO trivia, come on, this "we are working on it" excuse is wareing really thin! Are there any other rewards programs I can do??
What other ones do you guys/gals do? I also mess with Creation Rewards but they do not have so much to do there.
Any new sites/programs I can try that you like would help me out.

I donno what happened to QR,from last couple weeks, tremendous problems occurring on website, is QR management working on it to resolve..not sure.

Is someone can reply why QR has degraded the performance?
 
QR picked up so many new accounts that they couldn't speed up their site problems by just adding servers anymore. They had to rewrite the database code for the whole site. They started it about 1 week or so ago, but it seems to be taking longer than they originally anticipated (hey, there are only so many employees and a lot of code to rewrite).

There was a post explaining this under the news section, but I guess if you haven't logged on recently, you might not have seen it. It was still their earlier today when I went in to do my clicks.

Agreed but as a customer/member that is not a really valid excuse (and not my problem), would your employer settle for that "I can only do so much" answer?
The site has been running slow for more than 1 week, BUT today it ran like a charm AND trivia was back GOOD for QR!!!
Glad to have the best rewards site back (I hope I did not jinx it!!):thumbsup2

I'd rather have them be honest with me (as a customer) and take the time & fix it (especially since the problem was due to their unexpected tremendous growth due to being on of the easiest, best, & quickest paying rewards sites around (IMO)) and have it take a week or 2, then to have it be constantly slow and crashing.

IMO, it was worth "suffering" the past couple of weeks for the payouts I have received (and will receive shortly:thumbsup2 ).

I'm just glad it's back and flying (right now!)
 
I have been a QR member since 2006 and they have always had great customer service. Yeah, the site slowness and issues recently were a pain but I believe that Dmitry and his team were doing everything in their power to get it back up and running. I never lost faith that the site would be fixed.
So happy to do my clicks today! I was having serious withdrawals!
 
despite the recent problems they have been having, QR is the best rewards site out their right now. they pay fast, they are consistant and customer service is...well.. it is just that, customer service. Most other companies today claim to have it but just don't get it. These guys got it!

It sounds from what I've read that the issues have been with their ISP so lets cut them a little slack here, pat them on the back for their hard work and get back to some awesome rewards!
