As a DVCer, how much does daily maid service cost?

Also, when we've paid to stay at the BWV, high chairs were provided at no charge. Is this the case if you are a member of DVC?

High Chairs should be located in closet, and if they are not, just call housekeeping and they'll bring one right up. Daily housekeeping varies based on the size of the unit. Here is what I think they are:

Studio: $25 per day
1 Bedroom: $30 per day
2 Bedroom: $40 per day
Grand Villa: $60 per day

One more ?...we have only stayed in one-bedroom units before. If we stay in a studio, is there a laundry room on the villa side and if so, how much is use of the washer/dryer.

The laundry room is located on the 1st floor near Muscles and Bustles, I think. There is no charge for Villa guests, just bring your own detergent, as they charge $1 per box.

Some posters say that the laundry machines have coin slots and look like they require money, but will start without your actually paying anything.

By the way, you can specify which days (if any) you want maid service. You don't have to pay that daily rate for every day of your visit. Many of us, for example, drop one maid service into the middle of a week's stay and move the trash-and-towel toward the end.

I am planning way ahead. We are just returning our paperwork to The Timeshare Store, so we have a few weeks of waiting before this can even become a reality!!!

We are renting points to stay at BWV in January (waiting on ROFR for BCV!!), and I was wondering, if we want to have a full maid service half-way through instead of just trash and towel, do we have to arrange for this ahead of time, or do we do it at check-in?

Will they provide more towels if you call, and is there an additional charge for this?

You can arrange for the maid service at check-in, no reason to do it in advance. If you want more towels, they'll charge you $6 for a towel pack (set of 4).
