Quick trip, parents only, no kid stuff. How would you plan the days?

My husband and I are sneaking away from our 16-month old for a quick trip in early March. We'll arrive at approximately 3 pm on a Friday at Pop Century, and depart for the airport at about 1 pm on Monday. We are utilizing Magical Express so I've calculated that in and those are the rough times we should be arriving to/leaving the resort.

We want to hit all the things we didn't do on our last trip because we had our daughter in tow. Thrill rides, shows, and Disney Springs. Our priorities are the Star Wars stuff at HS, rides and shows at AK, and Skipper Canteen and nighttime stuff at MK. Epcot was the one park we were able to do thoroughly last time, so we'll probably head there to hit Test Track and walk around the World a bit. Neither of us is much interested in Sum of all Thrills or Mission:Space. At Disney Springs we'd like to hit up Jock Lindsey's and my husband is on a mission for POP vinyls. I wouldn't mind hitting up the sushi bar at Morimoto's but I'm not married to the idea.

How would you split up our days? We have APs, so we can park hop, but no car, so we are relying on the bus system.

How exciting! Hmmmm here are my thoughts. I would do Studios in the morning/afternoon then do dinner (there is also a sushi place Kimonos at the Swan my kids like you could hit on your way) and the evening in Epcot. Studios has an early open on Sundays in March so if you're really early risers, do that, if not I'd do those parks on Sat. Sunday I would do MK (which is rumored to always be busiest on Saturdays) at open till whenever, take a nap (my DGrS is 19 mos, so I know you're both in need of rest ;)! That night you could wander over to Springs for a late dinner. I'd also hit Springs on your arrival day (or you could run over to DHS for the SW fireworks and a few FPs). Last day is yours - sleep in, pack, store your bags with bell and lay at the pool until departure time would be my choice (we always shower off and change just in time for our ME departure when we have a later flight) - but you could also spend a few hours at Springs or an early park open that day if you're really ambitious. Whatever you do will be so much fun! Enjoy!

Ooops I just saw your departure was 1 PM so ME will be picking you up 2 1/2 - 3 hours earlier than that or approx 10 am (the one downside to ME for us) - so just sleep in and have breakfast - no time for anything more that day

Great ideas to ponder, thank you! I factored in ME to our times -- our flight is at 3:30, so we should have to get onto the ME around 1 pm that day, so we do have a little time to either hit a park or just relax!

Hit Epcot on arrival night. Ride TT, walk the showcase, see the fireworks.

Saturday RD at HS. Book your FPs for here. Head to MK for dinner at SC and then enjoy rides and nighttime festivities.

Sunday RD at AK. Book your FPs here. Hop over to DSp when you're done and enjoy dinner/shops.

Monday: sleep in and have a nice breakfast, or explore the resort and take a quick swim. You probably won't have time to head to a park early to get in anything you missed unless there is morning EMH.

This sounds perfect, thanks!
