I'm sure this is answered somewhere but after 30 mins of trying to find it and can't I thought I'd just ask again... Is there a way to go from HS to E without riding a bus? If so, how?

There is a boat that goes from Hollywood Studios to Epcot. Goes from HS --> Swan and Dolphin --> Yacht and Beach --> Boardwalk --> Epcot.


There is also a walkway that goes from Hollywood Studios to Epcot where you pass through the Boardwalk. I am not sure exactly how long these both take.

If you want to travel between Future World in Epcot and DHS, the bus is your best bet. The Friendship Boats that connect Epcot to the Epcot resorts and DHS is located back in the World Showcase. The boats take about 40 minutes to get from Epcot to DHS or vice versa.

You can get the boat from HS just outside the main exit. If you're coming out of the park just go right instead of heading straight ahead to the bus stop. The boat takes 20+ minutes

When leaving Hollywood Studios go to your left and the boat dock is down that way. And as Missyrose said the boat will drop you off at the back of Epcot.

Or you can split the difference, take the boat to the YC, I think that is before the BW stop, get off and walk to the IG at Epcot. It's not a 5 min. walk from the YC boat dock. You'll stop at Swan/Dolphin, one stop and then YC is next.

Boat between HS and Epcot takes roughly 23 min.

Beware if it's hot though. The boats are brutal. Unless you're sitting in the back where you're outside, there's little to no breeze inside the boat and they don't have A/C

We took it to HS from Epcot in March and agreed we would never take it again when it's hot out

The Friendship Boats! It's a nice ride from HS to Epcot's International Gateway. You can take one directly to Epcot, or you can take the route that stops at the Swan& Dophin, Beach Club, and Boardwalk before it gets to Epcot. It's a pleasant ride.

Hmm...I must have misunderstood when I was waiting to get on. I could swear there were two separate lines for boarding when we got on.
