Quick transportation at GF!!!

Hi everyone!!!! I've stayed at GF a couple of years ago but I can't seem to remember the quickest ways to get to some of the parks are.
MK- Monorail or boat?

Epcot-Monorail to transportation and ticket center, transfer to Epcot theme park, should I take the Monorail or bus?

Thanks a lot, time at Disney goes by so fast I don't want to miss out on any of it!

GF-MK: Monorail. The boat makes a stop at the Poly before heading to the park.

GF-Epcot: Monorail to TTC and transfer to Epcot monorail. There is no bus service between Epcot and the monorail resoirts.

+1..I de this several times but the boat does fill up fast so if you notice a large line head up the hill to the monorail.
