OK folks how about this for a surprise to my wife. I was sitting in my office yesterday and realized that it is my 15th wedding anniversary on Friday, July 4th. I have spent the past 24 hours trying to arrange child care for my kids and next thing I knew I was planning a trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth"!!
My mom who lives in Florida has agreed to fly up to Maryland next weekend to stay with my DD(9) and DS(6) so the DW and I can take a quick trip to Disney. (This is not easy considering my Mom is a Kidney Dialysis patient who can only travel in between treatments.)
Once I got that out of the way, it was on to planning the trip. (A little backround here....my entire family just came back from the world on June 15) Made the plane ressies to Orlando leaving BWI to MCO on Friday night at 7:45 arriving at 10:00PM. Got a decent rate at the Boardwalk Inn for two nights. Doing a Park Hopper for one day with DP as well. Flying back to BWI on Sunday evening at 6:00PM.
How is that for a spur of the moment trip to the world huh????
