Hi All -

My wife and I are looking for recommendations on some good quality quick service locations for evening meals. Thank you for any help!

Wolfgang Puck Express is hands down the best quick service! It has a great menu, huge portions and food just tastes good! Columbia Harbor House in Magic Kingdom had a good fish basket, Pecos Bills has ok burgers, we go there because we love the toppings bar. Flame Tree Barbecue has ok ribs and chicken but we don't like corn bread or brown beans so I don't think we will go back there. Cantina de San Angel at Epcot has pretty good food and the Margaritas aren't bad either! The Hot Italian style sandwich at Pizzafari in Animal Kingdom wasn't bad. Check out allears.net they have menus from all the restaurants. Good luck!

I love Pepper Market at the Cornado Springs, if you want to resort hop. You can get a steak for a QS meal!

We had a great dinner at the Columbia Harbor House in Magic Kingdom.

We really enjoy dinner at Wolfgang Puck Express for counter service. The food is a step above the quick service at any of the parks. Pizzas are great and the pasta and sandwiches are as good as some of the table service restaurants.

We also like Columbia Harbor House. We get the Light House or Tuna Sandwich.

:rotfl:

places we frequent:

DTD - Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich are hands down the best options. Luckily you can compare the menus on the spot as they are across from each other in the Marketplace area.

DAK - I usually go to Flame Tree. My wife and daughter go to Pizzafari.

DHS - It's been three trip since we did SWW. It was crowded. Backlot Express is near Star Tours and I don't remember it being particular crowded. It was a nice respite from the crowds and the heat. We have gone back the last couple of trips. Simple fare.

Epcot - Plenty of choices. Sunshine Seasons has a wide variety of well prepared foods so your group can opt for a number of different tastes. The World Showcase has a number of spots that are good. We often pick up food from different pavilions and meet to eat. Some of my favorites are fish and chips in England, shawarma at Morocco, brats at Germany and munching at the patisseries in France. I like Cantina de San Angel but it's supposed to be closed until this Fall. They are building a new facility that will have both TS and CS options.

MK- We have been spending a lot of time here because of younger children. Columbia Harbor House has some different choices that are generally haelthier than most things at the MK. We often eat at Pinocchio Haus for lunch. Often a salad is all I want for lunch on hot days. Pecos Bills and Cosmic Ray's both have fairly wide selections and fixin's bars. I personally give a slight edge to PB but I kind of doubt I'm in the majority. Since Cantina de San Angel is closed you may want to check the daily times guides for El Pirata Y Perico. It's a seasonal place with limited, but tasty, Mexican style food. When we were there last June though it was open for lunch only.
