Quick Service Questions/Recommendations

Looking for recommendations on the following:

-Good QS for lunch at Blizzard Beach?
-How is the QS restaurant at AKL?
-We really dislike the QS lunch options at HS. Any snack/QS breakfast options at HS that anyone would recommend?
-Many people have recommended Sunshine Seasons in Epcot for QS. What do they serve? Recommendations?

Check the menus at Allears.net. HS has a wonderful bakery that also serves some very good sandwiches. Starring rolls. Also Writers Stop has some good bakery items. Also the Chicken at Fairfax Fare is good.

Can't help out any where except HS.
Starring Rolls is a good choice for breakfast. We enjoy Backlot Express at HS. Not anything that will WOW you, but good food.

QS @ AKL is Mara and they have a great variety of food. Our Mara salad was made to order and was fresh and delicious. Their bakery items were also very good. Zebra Domes are a dessert item that can be found there as well!

DD, a CM, gets the sushi at Sunshine Seasons when she needs something quick during her lunch break. The Strawberry Shortcake is also a must-do for her too!
