Quick Service Options during EMH

We’re planning to hit MK for a couple of hours our first night, since it has evening magic hours from 8-10 pm. Will any QS locations be open?

I would think that Casey's Corner will definitely be open, at least I'm pretty sure it's always been open when we've been at Magic Kingdom during EMH. My recollection is that Cosmic Ray's is open late too but can't recall if its open all the way through EMH. I think the other places close around 8-ish.
