Has anyone ate only QS meals while counting calories? What are your favorite meals that are healthy? Are the calories posted anywhere?

Sharing is The key

Tangierine cafe is healthy
Sunshine season have good choices
Wolfgang puck express have lot of choices

I second sharing being the key. The portions can be pretty big, way more food than necessary for one meal!

No calories posted.

I have no issues staying within calories even when ordering a burger and fries. I just portion out the fries and don't overeat. I have never gained weight at Disney and, in fact, usually lose.

There are many healthy options...salads, black bean burgers, etc. I love the quinoa salad at ABC Commissary and the Melon& Cucumber salad at Backlot Express. You won't have any problem, if you stay committed to your goals! Best of luck to you!!

I think the parks are way more health conscious than they use to be, you can find rotisserie chicken, salmon, hummus, fruits and veggies all around the world. Even if you splurge and get a burger, you can typically add veggies, or apples slices as the side inside of fries. And as other suggested, just share, most of the portions are more than enough for just one, and this is a great way to try lots of great foods around the world.

I don't recall seeing any calorie posting though, sorry.

You can usually substitute fruit or another healthier alternative for dessert at QS restaurants, and you can always order kid's meals for smaller portions. I would also go through menus and find restaurants that offer grilled fish, salads, or other more healthful items instead of things like pizza or fried food.

I really enjoyed the salmon and broccoli at Columbia Harbor House as well as the watermelon salad and kids chicken drumstick from Flametree BBQ.

It shouldn't be too hard to find something, they usually have 1-2 options on every menu, if not, you can usually work with it a bit, like substituting for something healthier. Columbia Harbor House is a good one, you can sub broccoli for fries. If you don't want fries at all, you can ask if it's cheaper for just the sandwich or entree without the fries, and they will tell you at the register if that is the case. I think it's about $2 less if you don't get fries, I've done this at Peco's Bills and Cosmic Ray's before. I usually order a veggie burger here and there. I like the veggie burger at Rainforest Cafe. Sunshine Seasons has a nice salmon filet with green beans. Sometimes we share meals too, just so we don't overeat at one sitting.

I dont count calories but watch my carbs...and I always lose or stay the same in Disney. I eat whatever I want..but just make sure I dont over do it.. sometimes I dont get the fries with the meals and eat a few off my husbands plate. I love the options that are available now. and because we walk off the carbs and anything else we eat... I think this is why we balance out...have fun planning

I think Disney is one of the better places to eat healthy for quick service. Nearly every QS has some sort of salad and/or soup.

I also agree with sharing meals, or even eating kids meals as an adult.
