Quick Service Meal Salads?

With the hot sticky weather, I'm thinking I will want to try and eat some meal-type salads, does anyone have any Quick Service favourites I should look out for?

My youngest DD and I love the chinois salad from Wolfgang Puck Express in Disney Springs.
Chinois Chicken Salad - Napa cabbage, Baby Greens, Pickled Ginger, Crispy Wontons, Cashews, Ginger & Sesame Vinaigrette $14
There is also a barbequed chicken salad at WPE but I haven't tried it yet - it's on my list for our August trip!

We loved the new Cobb salad with chicken at Liberty Inn (Epcot). It was filling with its portion size yet refreshing with the heat of summer.
