Quick Service Meal Plan Questions

Hello!

I purchased the quick service meal plan for our upcoming trip with Coke Freestyle refillable cups.

First question: I know I print out my vouchers at the kiosks outside the parks, but then inside the park can I take that to any restaurant to just get our Coke Freestyle cups? I've also heard we can stop at the Dining Reservations kiosk right inside the gates to get our physical "cards" for the dining plan, can I get our cups there?

I want to get the cups first thing so we can start filling them up right away and throughout the day.

Second question: Best use of a snack credit at Universal? Either park!

Anyone have any experience with the Quick Service Meal Plan that you could share some insight?

Best use of a snack credit might be the big pink donut in the Simpsons area.

the ice cream in Diagon Alley is also a reasonable deal as it is $6 OOP - but the donut can be shared by a couple of people.

Frozen butterbeer - think it had climbed to some ridiculous pricepoint last year (never paid OOP so not sure)

The pink donut can easily be shared with 4 people - it truly is gigantic. Surprisingly, my kids don't care for it that much and turned it down on our last trip.

Our family fave are the Boulangerie cheesecakes. After 3 trips, I STILL have no idea how much they actually cost (no prices on display and we always used snack credits) but my guess is $4ish? Its worth $8 to us though - tastes just like the Cheesecake Factory. SO yummy and decadent. Easily shared between 2 although we often got our own.

That's an even better deal than I thought! When purchasing stuff on snack credits, they sure don't make it easy for you to know the "value" of what you are getting (probably on purpose since its hard to break even or come ahead on the plan). I always had the best of intentions, but never paid close enough attention when they rang us up at the till. And the receipt is very uninformative.

I'm missing my daily cheesecake fix at Universal! LOVE them - and none of the Disney QS cheesecakes come anywhere close. Actually, not even their TS cheesecakes are as good as those... The only one better is the almond-crusted cheesecake at Narcoossee. Mmmmm...
