Quick Service Kids meal

Was wondering with quick service kids meals can you just purchase the main entree? For example can you just buy the smuckers uncrustables sandwich or just the cup of mac n cheese without getting the sides or the drink? Do they charge you just for the main entree or still have to pay the full kids meal price?

I know you can buy an uncrustable as a single item. I've never tried to buy any other kid's meal as entree only. Just ask when you're there.

Saw a recent post where someone did this at a resort food court. They bought just the turkey sandwich from the kids meal and paid less than full meal price.

I have done it. Just a hot dog, no sides, no drink for my kid. No problem.

I haven't done this myself but have read you can do it. In fact sometimes kid meals are rung up as the individual parts that add up to the posted price.
