I have a lot of great ideas for sit down dinners, but I am in desperate need of ideas for quick service meal ideas. Please Help!!!!

Well just as the TS places should be reserved depending on what you like, so should you consider the CS places.

I would read thru those menus and see what appeals to you and keep a list.
Normally we don't plan CS meals, we just stop and eat when we are hungry. Of course I know pretty much what all of them offer (in the parks anyway) and adjust our course as to what we want.

Some of our favorites are:

Pecos Bills in MK - the taco salad is great and with the toppins bar you can add what you like to your heart's content.

Sunshine Seasons in Epcot - Such good variety. Haven't went wrong with any choice from here.

Restauntosaurus in AK - this is an air conditioned place (which in AK is important, not all are). And I usually get my "burger" here. It's pretty good.

Starring Rolls in DHS - this is a new find for us. We don't spend a lot of time in this park but this CS is great. It isn't open all day, just brkfst and lunch but the sandwiches are great and the cupcakes for dessert....OH MY!! Very good.

In the MK, we love Pecos Bills too...I second that Taco Salad:thumbsup2
In AK, we love Flame Tree BBQ
In Epcot, we love the Mexican counter service
In DHS...we have no favorite
In DTD, we LOVE Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich

MK - Columbia Harborhouse
AK - Pizzafari or Flametree BBQ
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons
HS - Starring Rolls and Backlot Express
DTD - Wolfgang Puck Express

We just played CS by ear.

We ate twice at Pepper Market at our resort (yummy), once at Pecos Bills (yummy), once at Pizzafari in AK (eh), once at Casey's in MK (eh), and once at CHH in MK (yummy).

For our upcoming trip, I'm hoping to try Sunshine Seasons (EPCOT - FW) and Tangierine Cafe (EPCOT - Morocco).

MK--Columbia Harbor House or Pecos Bills
Epcot--Sunshine Seasons or Boulangerie Patisserie
Studios--No real favorite, my kids like Pizza Planet
AK--Pizzafari
DTD--Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich

Here are some of our favs:
DTD:
Wolfgang puck express at DTD, great deal with CS on DDP.
Earl of sandwich great soup, salads and sanwiches.
MK:
Cosmic Rays 1/2 chicken dinner(feeds 2 of us)-gets crazy at mealtimes so go off time.
Main St bakery-great breakfast and lunch sandwiches(and desserts)
Pecos bills for burgers and fixins bar
AK:
Yak and Yeti takeout was really good and huge portions(did this first time this xmas)
Pizzafari great breakfast pizza(went after FOLK for late breakfast)

Epcot:
Sunshine seasons great variety does get crowded and hard to find seat at peak mealtime.
Tangerine cafe in Morroco- great variety and portions for sharing-love it!
Kringola bakery in Norway-great open face sandwiches(and desserts)
Boulangerie, France-bakery for ham/cheese croissant(and desserts)

MGM:slim pickins in our opinion
Starring rolls for great sandwiches and yummy cupcakes.
Backlot express OK

CR:
Contempo cafe great fresh salads, sandwiches, etc for lunch(and yummy cupcakes); just a short monorail or walk away from MK.

Connears

Don't overlook the QS locations in the resorts, too. In MK Pecos Bill and Cosmic Ray are good, but if you want to take a bit more of a break, take the monorail around to the Poly and go to Capt Cooks. A couple of interesting food options (adult grilled cheese; fresh potato chips) and the only place in WDW that you can get a Dole Whip for dessert.

Here are our faves for each park:

MK
Cosmic Rays for the variety and grilled offerings
Columbia Harbour House for the upstairs seating over the walkway!

Epcot
Sunshine Seasons - variety, good prices, abundant seating
Tangierine Cafe - not your run of the mill counter service - has hommus, couscous, etc.

AK
Flame Tree BBQ - I cannot pass up ribs. Love the seating area by the water. DON'T grab the first seat you see...keep going!

DS
None. We usually eat TS if we must eat at DS.

Resorts - AK and Poly probably have the best counter service options. I also like POP.

DTD - Earl of Sandwich!

MK - Columbia Harbour House
Epcot - Kringla Bakeri
AK - Flame Tree BBQ
DHS - Starring Rolls
DTD - WPE Marketplace

OK have to add my 2 cents here. Pepper Market at Coronado Springs is fantastic if you are on the DP. Its a QS meal but you have a waiter/waitress who serves you your drinks (so tipping a few bucks is recommended on top of the QS credit). Meals are around the $11 mark and were amazing! You go to a counter and pick up your meal (freshly made) on a tray but soft drinks get refilled by your waiter. We are definately hitting this one again on our next trip!
