Quick service from two different counters

Is it practical to order from two different quick services at AK? We are a party of six and some of us want to eat at Flame Tree and others at Satuli Canteen. I was thinking we could use mobile ordering at and just pick up food at one place and walk to the other, pick up food there and eat. Is this practical? Are the two QS restaurants close enough together to make this doable?

They arent particularly close, but I'm considering the same thing. Flame tree has a lot of covered outdoor seating. I will probably send the rest of my fam there, go over to satuli and pick up mine and walk back to join them. Depending on the make up of the group I might just split up and meet back after

They are not very close to one another at all, but it is technically doable. There is pretty decent seating behind flame tree

I do this at Epcot but I personally wouldn't here at AK. It's quite a walk through a crowded area and they don't really pack up the food. It's on an open tray. I would just pick one or split up.

We’ll probably split up if eating at different CS. Epcot is easier but AK is pretty spread out. I know I want Satu’li Canteen but others in my group might prefer BBQ.

We do this at AK, but with Flame Tree and Yak n Yeti. It works out well, but they are much closer, than Satuuli.

We do this every year between Flame Tree and Pizzafari. We take our Flame tree over to Pizzafari to enjoy the air conditioning and our son eats at Pizzafari

Can you leave Satuli with the real plates and silverware? I wouldn't think they'd like that.

At the MK, my husband would always want to eat at Cosmic Ray's and I would want to eat at Pecos Bill. So we would split up, eat our meals and then rejoin after eating. Otherwise, one of us would have a cold meal by the time we got to the other location.

When we visited in March, I was the 2nd adult rider swapping FoP and Hubby had the kids at the Boneyard (which is even farther of a walk). I was able to order at Satuli and walk it across to the other side of the park no problem. Actually, I found them at the Boneyard, convinced the kids to leave for dinner, walked across to Restaurantasuarus, and then Hubby was able to eat while I got the kids' a burger for dinner. Hubby said it was his favorite QS of the trip, so the delay didn't impact the quality too terribly.

That was my first thought, too.

They have to-go boxes stored near the soda machines for just this purpose. The CM checking me out told me to ask the CM in the dining area and they gave me one of the cardboard boxes that folds in on itself so that you're a) not taking their real tableware and b) not walking with an open plate of food that can easily spill.
