Looking for best quick service breakfast animal kingdom and dinner epcot

AK - LOVE the breakfast at Pizzafari!
EPCOT - Depends on what you like. If dining in FW I would recommend Sunshine Seasons food court. If at WS, there are so many to choose from, but my personal favorite for an evening QS meal is Tangerine Cafe' in Morocco.

Epcot has many great CS options, my favorites are in Japan, Morocco and the fish and chips place in England.

Flame Tree seems to be universally liked in AK.

My picky eaters love Flame Tree BBQ at AK. They have requested that it is the one must do thing on this trip!

I agree about Flame Tree being very good, but does it serve breakfast? The OP asked about breakfast at AK.
My favorite counter service at Epcot is Tangierine Cafe in Morocco.

The best Epcot quick service is definitely Sunshine Seasons - less fried fast food, more meal options that are healthier in theory or at least more variety. Especially for kids. Or the wine cellar in Italy if you have a small group and are going when it's not packed and your kids are open to food options or patient while you eat there.

AK breakfast- the only CS location that offers breakfast is Pizzafari, and it is pretty good. There are also a few other places you can get breakfast type goodies, like Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery or Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Africa, or Isle of Java on Discovery Island. The Royal Anandapur Tea Company in Asia has coffee and teas, and a few pastries, as well.

EP dinner- almost every country in the WS has good CS food. It just depends on what you like. The bratwurst at Sommerfest in Germany is really good, as is anything from the Tangierine Cafe in Morocco. My DD loves the CS in Japan, and I like the sandwiches and bakery items in France. The fish & chips in the UK are very good!

The CS in Future World is also good-Sunshine Seasons in the Land pavilion is excellent! There is something for everyone there, and it goes way beyond the basic burgers and chicken fingers.

Quick service breakfast at AK...I've enjoyed:

Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery. In Africa, after crossing the bridge from Discovery Island, it's on your left, just before you arrive at Kilimanjaro Safaris. Just one window to order thru, part of the Tusker House building; can have a line. But they have real coffee (including lattes and cappucino), juice, hot cocoa, and a nice selection of delicious (large) pastries (more selection than I saw anywhere else in the park). I find it convenient as I usually start the day on Kilimanjaro Safaris.

Royal Anandapur Tea Company. This standalone kiosk is in Asia, right at the junction of the walkways to Kali River Rapids and Expedition Everest (right across from the Yak n Yeti, and the large monkey habitat/tree house). They make lattes/cappucinos/hot chocolate and very good chai, and have a great selection of fine teas; they also have a good selection of pastries. The line generally moves faster here, with multiple ordering windows and more staff. Adjacent to the kiosk, on the same side and in the direction of Africa, there are little walkways down to seating areas (chairs/tables) with beautiful views of the river and morning bird life.

For quick service dinners at Epcot...

Future World:
I second the vote for Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion. Many, many choices, including some real stick-to-your-ribs stuff like roast chicken and veg plates, big sandwiches etc., as well as big yummy salads if that's your thing. A tip: Hang on to your receipt and you can get free refills on your coffee or soda!

World Showcase:
So many good choices! I also like Tangierine Cafe in Morocco; great food, nice place to sit. I love Tex-Mex, so I also enjoy the quick service across from the Mexico pavilion, although I don't think anyone would argue that it's the best food there...The Japanese quick service is perched up high amidst their gardens, with hanging lanterns lit at night. Very nice ambience, and you'll be close to an excellent spot to watch Illuminations (try climbing the stairs to the deck outside of the sushi place that faces the lake).

This is making me hungry... ;)

Tangierine Cafe in Morocco and La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico are my two favorite QS places to eat in Epcot.
