Quick Service Dining Plan Question

Comparing the 2013 & '14 Quick Service Dining Plans, I notice 2 restaurants missing this year. Cantina de San Angel and Lotus Blossom Cafe in Epcot are not on the 2014 plan. Does anyone know why?

The third party owned restaurants have until the end of the year to sign their contracts with Disney. There are several CS restaurants in Epcot including La Cantina, Lotus Blossom, Katsura Grill and Tangieriene Cafe that fall into this category. Most likely they'll be included when the final list is published sometime between now and mid January.
