I have been to WDW several times, but I have never thought about this before. I am trying to watch what I eat and was wondering if there are any QS places that will let you substitute a side salad instead of fries with your meal? I would like something more than a salad for my meal, but I would feel better about it if I had some kind of salad with a burger than the fries. There is a local restaurant in my town that does it. I feel like I got what I wanted without feeling horrible about what I ate.
Also, I know Pecos Bills usually has yogurt on the menu, but do other places have yogurt or a fruit that you can get for dessert?
We will be on the DDP and I am reviewing restaurants myself, but just wanted to see if anyone knew right off hand. Thanks.

Upon looking at a lot of the menus, I have seen that you can get apples, broccoli, or a form of salad at most places. Yeah!

As I recall ( and I must confess we don't eat healthy at Disney - rest of the year yes but Disney no!) the kids meals all come with an option of grapes or carrots or fries so I'm sure they'll let you at least have fruit. Disney is trying to be a more healthy place.
