I'm sending DS out to buy me an SD card for my camera. What is the largest size I can get and still get decent photo quality? (Or is that an issue?)

I just ran into this myself.. I bought a 4gb sd card but, low and behold, my camera can not accept it..

How new is your camera? Do you have the book? You need to see what the maximum youre camera can accept..

I'm totally bummed my digital won't take the 4gb :guilty:

The size of the card has nothing to do with photo quality - it merely determines how many pictures (files) you can store on it. If you keep your camera at the highest quality setting you can store fewer pictures than at a lower setting. When you off load the pictures, you can start over again. I have a 10megapixel camera and a 4 gig card and that works fine. I keep a spare 2gig card with me though.
