Quick Satu’li Canteen question

Does anyone know if you can order a bowl at Satu’li Canteen & request the beef be well done? Or at least not rare? Most online pictures I’ve seen of the beef it looks very pink, but I’ve seen a couple out there where there wasn’t any pink at all.

They give 2 options in Mobile Order: Medium and Well done. Medium is quite pink sometimes red and well has no pink.

There's also the option to put the slaw on the side, and the same with other components.
