Do I have to forward my shopping confirmation or do they track automatically? If I do have to forward it, where do I forward it?

Go the alphabetical shopping list and find the store you shopped in. Put the total you spent (not including coupons, tax, or shipping) into the blank besides and hit enter. It will calculate how much you should earn for your purchase. A box will popup and tell you where to forward your purhcase confirmation to and what to put in the subject line. If that doesn't work let me know and I'll give you the contact address.
