Quick Rewards Question

I see on the quick rewards site that I can use money earned to convert points to creation rewards how do I go about doing that? Having trouble with the whole cashout thing so any informaiton would be very very helpful. I would normally do a gift card but the points would get e so much closer to more disney dollars for my July trip. Let's say I have 20 bucks on there do I have to have 30?
