Quick Review Rose and Crown, CA grill and Sci -fi diner

Just got back from WDW. We stayed at BLT loved it!

Lunch at Rose and Crown:
Fantastic!!! Had a table right next to lake, beautiful day great food. I had the fish and chips, MIL had bangers and mash-she loved it, DH had steak, he said very good. Would highly recommend.

Sci-Fi: FUN. Hot crowded day at Hollywood Studios, great to have a ressie in the cool air conditioning. We had a car in the front row. My DD loved tinkerbell glow staw as did 72yo MIL. Swiss bacon burger very good, pinot gris very good! Shakes amazing. Definitely stick with burgers and shakes and will not be disappointed.

California Grill: Loved the pairing of Gewrutz sp? wine (waiter rec) with spicy Kazan sushi Had filet just ok, husband loved the veal. We both loved the sushi. Loved the valhorra choc. cake with strawberry icecream. We had beautiful view of sunset. Didn't stay for fireworks as we had that great view at BLT. Steak too oakey for me. Tempura sushi great too.

RE: Rose & Crown, I have to agree that the steak there is quite tasty!!

And about Sci Fi. This is one of my fave places to eat! Love the atmosphere! I have to tell you, if you think their burgers are good, wait til you try the ribs! the RIBS ARE TO DIE FOR! OMG SO GOOD! had to share!

We are trying the Rose and Crown for first time in June. My wife and son have had the fish and chips from the stand beside it. We are really looking forward to eating here on our World Showcase day.

We will be visiting all three in a few days! Rose and Crown, first time inside hoping to view Illuminations from there. Excited. Love Sci Fi and the atmosphere.. Enjoy the food. Just what we like for lunch on a hot day. California Grill and the fireworks this Saturday night. Did once before and it makes memories.
